Hello. So currently on a lease over in Bondi junction. Lease is up at the end of April so would like to find somewhere by then.
Any date in April would be fine for moving in.
Reasons for leaving due to a bigger room with an ensuite / private bathroom. Also a parking Space is essential
I’m a Carpenter/ Forman that works in the Eastern suburbs. I’m up and out early in the morning and train after work so not usually home till gone 6.
Would like to be part of a friendly house as a very social person myself ☺️
A clean, tidy house is a must!!
Have a slight bit of OCD so there will be no problem with me making sure the house is always tidy.
