My partner and I are looking for a long-term room in Perth and we are very interested in your listing.

We are a quiet, respectful Spanish couple (non-smokers) with extensive experience sharing apartments and living abroad. We have been living overseas for several years and are currently finishing our second year in Australia. I am now entering my third year visa, so we are looking to settle long term in Perth from mid February.

A bit about us:
• I have a background in education and currently work in hospitality and sports coaching
• My partner works in the creative/marketing field
• We both work, are financially stable and can provide bank statements and references from previous landlords if required

We keep shared spaces clean, respect house rules and value a calm living environment.
