Hi! 👋

I’m originally from Scotland and currently living in Palm Beach, working at Griffith Uni as a Dental Nurse. I’m looking to either move into a place or team up with someone to find a property, ideally Palm Beach or Burleigh.

I consider myself positive, outgoing, happy and fun to be around. Likewise, I love being around good people. I enjoy socialising, meeting new friends, coffee catch-ups, being outdoors, hitting the gym and beach trips. I’m big on keeping a home tidy and organised, so it’s important to me to live with people who are equally happy to contribute to household chores and maintain general cleanliness/hygiene.

I’m definitely not looking for a party house but I do enjoy winding down with a glass of wine every now and then. I own a home in Scotland (where I previously rented out a spare room to students) and have lived in share houses since moving to Australia, so I’m very used to shared living - keeping things clean, being considerate, and respecting each other’s space and belongings.

My ideal housemates are active, genuine and positive (no drama or negative vibes!). I’d love to live with people who are social enough to share the occasional dinner or drink and a good chat, while still respecting necessary downtime. It’s really important to me that communal areas genuinely feel shared, with equal and fair use of the kitchen, living and outdoor spaces, so everyone feels comfortable and at home rather than confined to their bedroom.

I’m big into the gym and spending time outdoors, so I’m often out and about when I’m not working. I usually hit the hay pretty early and love a sunrise walk or heading to the gym before work to start to the day.

I do have friends in the area and would love to be able to have them over occasionally for a coffee or meal, always being mindful of everyone’s space and peace of course. I’m looking for somewhere that feels like home for all of us.

I’m allergic to cats, so unfortunately that’s a no for me - but I love dogs (bonus points if you have one!), as long as communal areas are kept clean and dog hair is managed.

Ideally, I’d love to find like-minded housemates who live an active lifestyle and enjoy getting out and about rather than staying indoors all the time.
