I have one cat, her name is Billie and she is well house trained and also super friendly. She is getting older and unfortunately is a rescue who stresses too much with other animals so perfect for some one who wants the love of a pet without the responsibility 🤣

I use the best litter systems on the market so she’s not a stinky cat.

My budget isn’t huge right now while I start up a small business so I would be happy to negotiate cheaper rent for cleaning/yard work etc
