I am looking for a clean cozy apartment in main beach close to the tram station with female flatmates. I am a university student, so a quiet apartment is preferable. Not a big fan of parties, however an occasional house party is not a deal breaker. I would definitely prefer an apartment close to the tram.

I am quite outgoing, but value my personal space. Maintaining a clean space is an absolute necessity for me. Would definitely prefer living with someone with a similar outlook.

I would like to move in beginning to mid august.
