Hi, I am a 36-year-old female from South Korea. I am a student for Ageing support and a casual worker at the aged care facility atm. My visa will expire March of 2027. So If I could find a place fit with me, I'd like to stay longer. I'd like to rent a room. If I can get a reasonable price with my own bathroom, that would be great. And I prefer off-street parking or a garage.

I am confident in meeting and getting along with many people. But I'd like to be quiet at home because home should be comfortable and could be relaxed. It doesn't mean I don't want to have conversations at all or that I'm never gonna going out. If I am in a good mood, I'd join to have a chat or do outdoor activities together. But I just want to mention that I am a person who needs my own time from time to time. That means I respect the other's time and boundary.

I was a yoga instructor for 8 years in my country, so I love yoga and going to the gym for workouts and sauna on a daily basis. Sometimes I go chanting with some friends to the ashram. Love surfing and animals.
