Hi there,

I’m Josie, 26, from China. I’ve been living in Geraldton since March 2024 on a Working Holiday visa, and I’m now moving to Perth to start my postgraduate studies at UWA from mid-February.

I have rental experience in Australia and will be studying full-time and working part-time.

I’m a low-key, tidy and respectful person. Most of my time is spent studying and working. In my free time, I enjoy cooking simple meals, watching films, and occasionally checking out local cafes or galleries. I like having a friendly and comfortable relationship with housemates, while also valuing personal space and respecting each other’s routines.

What I’m Looking For
• Move-in: 09/02 – 15/02
• Location: Preferably close to UWA, or within 1h by public transport
• Room: Furnished preferred (flexible)
• Budget: Around $250/week
• Lease: 6–12 months or longer-term
• Parking: I have my own car, so a parking space would be ideal

I’m easygoing about the room itself and mainly looking for a clean, calm and respectful household.
