Hi there! I'm Abby, a 21-year-old university student balancing full-time studies and a part-time job. I’m on the lookout for a new place to call home by January 19, 2026, ideally moving in around January 12.

I would love to be close to public transport for easy commuting. Since I have all my own bedroom furniture, I’m hoping to find an unfurnished bedroom. My budget is a maximum of $230 per week, and I’m particularly interested in places in the Southside area or the city (listed below are suburbs I'm interested in).

I enjoy keeping things tidy and spend my time either studying or having fun with friends. I also have a boyfriend so am looking for roommates that don’t mind me having them over.
