I'm a 36-year-old woman who enjoys crime documentaries, chilling with friends, a nice glass of wine & shopping. I prefer the quiet and easy-going vibes of my own private space and really value my alone time so im looking for a 1 bedroom unit/apartment,bungalow, granny flat or studio apartment. Must have car parking available. Im Not keen on a room in a share house. I am without pets or kids, and although I do find solace in my own peaceful space, I am very outgoing and sociable, in saying that I rarely have visitors other than my partner.
I am Currently on disability support pension so rent is garanteed each fortnight and im also searching for part time work.
