We’re a respectful and tidy couple looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to call home.

We both work around the Carnegie station area and near Central Park, so we’re ideally looking for somewhere in those areas or in between.

We’re non-smokers and very clean. We respect quiet hours and personal space, but we’re also friendly and would be happy to occasionally chat 😊

If everything feels like a good fit, we would love to stay long-term (we hold a visa valid until April 2027).

We’re planning to move by March 21st, but we’re happy to move earlier if needed.
