We’re three people looking to rent an entire high-quality two- or three-bedroom property in Sydney. We’re not looking for individual rooms, an existing share house or a studio.

Our preferred areas are Double Bay, Bellevue Hill and the surrounding Eastern Suburbs, although we’re also open to exceptional properties in the CBD, Pyrmont and nearby inner-city areas.

I run my own business and live a quiet lifestyle. I’m sober, don’t drink or party, and we would treat the property with genuine care and respect.

Our dates are flexible, including short-term arrangements, and our budget is flexible for the right property. This could be ideal for someone travelling or going overseas who wants reliable tenants to cover the full rent and look after their home while they’re away.
