I'm a 39 year-old guy who loves sleeping and travelling and work like crazy.

I work alot in regional area as a community service worker so will be needing a place just to lay low when got no shift or day off to relax. (Police Check, NDIS check and WWCC can be provided for reference)

My space is always clean, perfect for my frequent naps after long days at work or exploring new destinations.

Not a party animal, prefer quiet house, have a friend or two that will come hang out when I'm off for a dinner or coffee catch up (most of the time i prefer sleep than having visitor).

Ready to move in asap, can do inspection tomorrow (31oct) as I'll be in Melbourne.

I don't eat pork and have my own separate pan when I decide to cook. Crazy about plants. I need small place at the back yard (pergola, shady place or concrete even better) for my veggies plants. Need coffee 2x a day or I won't function properly :)

I need air conditioner to sleep. If the prospective room does not have one, I have my own portable air conditioner :)
