Health student – long-term – clean, active & respectful

Hi! I’m a 23 y/o first-year Health student at SCU, looking for a long-term rental near uni.
I’ll be staying in the area for 4 years, so I’m looking for a place to call home for at least 6-12 months – something that feels like more than just a temporary stay.

About me:
• Studying Health Science at SCU and will start part-time work soon
• Financially stable - can provide proof and references if needed
• Early to bed / early to rise type
• Extremely clean and organised - happy to help keep the place tidy
• Love staying fit, going to the beach, and eating healthy
• Non-smoker, non-drinker
• Mature and respectful, and value open communication
• Christian and go to church (open-minded about other’s beliefs!)
• French, but I’ve already lived and worked in Australia for a year in 2024

I don’t need parking but will need a spot for a bike.
I’m looking for a peaceful, friendly environment - not a party house. I’d love to live with people who enjoy good conversations around a meal but also have their own routines.
