Hi, my name is Giulia, I’m 29 years old and I’ve been living in Australia for the past four years. I’m planning to move to the Sunshine Coast soon, so I’m starting to look for a place.

I’m looking for a quiet home as I really value my peace, ideally with my own bathroom. My budget is up to $350 per week.

I’m very easygoing, clean and respectful. I’m not really into party houses, but I do enjoy having a beer now and then, cooking dinners, and chatting with my flatmates. I like having a friendly and relaxed environment at home, while still respecting everyone’s personal space.

I’m also very active — I’m usually surfing almost every day. If I’m not surfing, I’m skating or at the gym, so I’m rarely home. And when I am, I just like to relax and enjoy my own space.
