Hi, I’m Lauren. I’m currently looking for a rental for myself. I also have two mature aged indoor cats, who are litter trained, clean and very well cared for. I understand the responsibility of having pets in a rental home & am more than happy to pay a pet bond and ensure the property is kept to a high standard. I’m also able to provide references regarding their care and behaviour if desired.
I work permanent part time as a food safety supervisor at bakers delight and have a consistent income, I have been there long term which reflects my stability.
I am a very respectful person. I take pride in maintaining a clean and well kept home. I’m looking for a long term place to settle and would be happy to commit to a longer lease.
I’m hoping to be close to work, so my preferred suburbs would be; Success, Cockburn Central, Hamilton Hill, Spearwood, Beeliar etc. or surrounding similar areas.
