My name is Gabriela. I’m an international student. I’m a 38y, single woman, responsible, clean, organized, respectful and easygoing.
I’m currently looking for a studio, 1-bedroom apartment, granny flat or ground flat to rent, preferably available from May 20th.
I work during the day and study as well, so I’m usually out most of the time. I’m looking for a peaceful, quiet and comfortable place to spend my last months here in Australia.
I have a car, so parking availability (street parking is okay too) would be very important for me.
I also work as a pet sitter, which means sometimes I stay outside the house during the week caring for pets. Occasionally, I may host small dogs for short periods only. I’m very responsible with animals and always respectful of the property and neighbors.

I also have references available from my workplace and from previous places where I have lived, if needed.
