Looking for a niche arrangement — weekend-only room for me and my pup

I’m based in Brisbane for work for the next 18 months, but I spend my weekends on the coast and want a proper home base down here rather than one-off stays.

The setup: my dog and I would be there Friday night through Monday morning, back in Brisbane during the week. The occasional weeknight here and there, but 90% of the time you’d have the place to yourself Monday to Friday.

About me: I train a lot, love the outdoors, and spend most of my time at the beach, in the gym, or out on a trail. Easy to live with, clean, and barely home even on the weekends I’m there.

About her: she’s young but very well trained — toilet trained, sleeps in her crate, great manners, and always happy to show off her tricks.

Ideally after somewhere walking distance to the beach. Happy to supply my own bedroom furnishings.

If you’ve got a spare room sitting empty most of the week, this could work well for both of us.
