Hi there!

My name is Kim, I’m a 35 year old female, originally from Vancouver, Canada and working full-time as a nurse in Maroubra

I’m very tidy and respectful of shared spaces. Happy to socialize and have a good chat or a shared meal now and then but also very respectful of our own needs for personal space and downtime. I love keeping the home comfy, tidy, and relaxed and ideally would love to live with someone friendly, warm and easy-going.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new scenic places, yoga, hiking, checking out new cafes, quiet Netflix nights in, cooking, and baking. Not big into partying but enjoy the occasional night out or music event.

I have no pets (tragically), but more than happy if you do! No kids, just me looking for a friendly home vibe.

In suite or on site laundry

I don’t have any furnishings so ideally would find someone who is open to a furnished place or comes with most furniture.
