My friend and I are currently looking for an ensuite room in a female-only household near Southbank. We’re both students at RMIT and also work part-time.

A bit about us:
• Clean, respectful, and organised
• Friendly and easy to live with
• Non-smokers and not into loud parties
• We keep shared spaces tidy and maintain a peaceful environment
• Prefer a place where everyone respects each other's privacy and schedules

What we’re looking for:
• Ensuite room for two
• Female-only apartment/house
• Walking distance to Southbank preferred
• Budget: Flexible depending on the place
• Move-in: last week of Nov
