Hi, I’m Chris, 38, and I’m looking for a calm, clean, respectful place for myself and my cat.

I’m friendly, considerate, tidy, and independent. I live a quiet lifestyle, keep to myself when needed, but I’m also easy to get along with and happy to have a chat. I have stable income through a Disability Support Pension and can provide ID and proof of income straight away.

I’m into tech, computer science (formerly studied), fitness, and power walking, and I value a peaceful, drama free home. My cat is 1.5 years old, chipped, desexed, litter trained, and very well cared for. He is mostly indoors and only goes outside with me under supervision, including in his stroller. He is playful but well behaved.

I’m looking for somewhere straightforward, stable, and easy to live in with respectful housemates for my cat and I. I’m ready to move quickly if it feels like a good fit. Flexible for tenancy length, looking for 3-12 month term.
