I'm a 40-year-who works full time and enjoys, hitting the gym, pilates, and traveling. I am looking for a 13 month lease ideally. Prefer living in a quiet and clean flat where others are independent and happy to have their own space. I don't smoke, own pets, or have kids (but love dogs!). Respectful living is key for me. I work from home 3 days per week and also studying currently, so will be home a fair bit.
