About me

Hi,
My name is Joel, I’m 21 years old and I am studying biomedical science at UWA. As I am an exchange student from Germany I am only looking for a place for the upcoming semester. However, I’ve already been in Perth since July 2024 so I know my way around the city and I am not a total newbie.

I would describe myself as an open-minded, outgoing person and a clean roommate. In my spare time I like to spend time with friends, work-out and go running. All in all, I am an easy-going, spontaneous and relaxed person.
I am looking for a room to rent from late February until the end of June.
