My name is Yevgeniy and I am actively looking for a new home.

I am 28 years old and work in engineering on a full time basis.

I have been renting for the past 4 years, and prior to this stayed with my relatives while being a student at University.

In my spare time I enjoy jogging, calisthenics, swimming, cooking, coding and watching anime.

I also have great interest in Drum and Bass and EDM music in general, and enjoy learning new dancing moves on the weekend :)

I am looking for a place where I can stay for at least 6 months, preferably 12 months or longer, with a possibility of extension.

I would appreciate if the place is located within 15 minutes of public transport from the city.

I have a few items that I possess, such as several laptops, a small IKEA work desk, a computer monitor. I also have a vehicle and would appreciate if there is an outdoor or indoor parking available.

I am mature, open minded, typically can get along with most people, don't drink or smoke, and respect privacy of my house mates.

During the years I have been renting properties I haven't received any complaints from property managers, keeping home clean and well looked after.

I am looking to move in to a new home as soon as possible, preferably before 15th July, and appreciate references and direct messages.

I am happy to join someone who is also looking for a share house like myself.
