I’m looking to move into a new place sometime soon, depending on availability. I’d prefer to stay close to the city (Newstead, Teneriffe, Fortitude Valley, or Spring Hill) and my budget is up to $450/week. Ideally after something long-term.

A little about me: I’m pretty chill, tidy, respectful, and considerate, and I like a home that feels comfortable and calm. I enjoy socialising here and there, but I equally value having my own space, so a housemate who’s similar would be perfect. I work part time in hospitality (sometimes full time) and study postgrad full time, so my schedule keeps me busy in a good way.
