Hi! My 2 year old son Rocco, and I, Samta (or kiki), are lookng for a home from the 1st of December. Rocco is a muso and a bike enthusiast. I am in my 30s, female she/her. Prior to working as a full time parent I worked as a TA at Stiener School and as a Feldenkrais Practitioner. And at Mona prior to that.

We are looking for a place in south Hobart or nearby town suburbs. Mainly because our day care is there and then eventually for Primary School Catchment. Our budget is around $300. 1 or 2 rooms. We are looking for a sharehouse but we are also open to looking to sign a new lease with a couple, friends, a small family or any other get-alongable people. A bit more about our household: we love music, we try to eat healthy - no sugar, minimum screen time but we are also not extremely strict. Also an outing a day, something for little one to evoke his curiosity and basically we're about how to have lots of fun. Most of weekdays during working hrs around 11 to 3, Rocco is not home.

I am a lefty in my politics, into diversity and community; I value care for environment and for each other. Art and culture are very important to me and as far as diversity goes, we are open to all age groups, all genders, poc etc. I come from an Indian background myself.
