MUST LOVE DOGS 🩷)

I am a 53-year-old, single, non-smoking professional. I’m easy-going, house-proud, quiet, respectful and financially secure. I have excellent rental references, which are available on request. Whilst semi-retired, I still keep my hand in at the clinical statistics company I established in 2007.

I have been living in Far North Queensland for the past seven years and am now looking to return to Brisbane (I grew up in Red Hill) or Northern New South Wales.

Now that I have more time to myself, I have been exploring my creative side, learning woodworking and experimenting with various art mediums. I am looking forward to commencing a course in Visual Arts at TAFE in July 2026. I also enjoy gardening, crocheting, and learning new skills, and am currently studying Spanish.

I have two small dogs, Max and Louie — brothers, now six months old. They are very well behaved, house-trained, and primarily keep each other entertained. They enjoy cuddles, playtime and sleep, and I am committed to continuing their training once we are settled in our new home.

What I’m Looking For

I am seeking a 1–2 bedroom property, ideally with a fenced courtyard or small garden space. An apartment is certainly workable, as we are currently in one. However, some outdoor space would be wonderful for both the dogs and myself. I would love the chance to enjoy and maintain a garden garden again.

I am open to furnished or unfurnished properties.

Preferred Locations

Brisbane: Red Hill, Paddington, Kelvin Grove, Wilston, Grange, South Brisbane, East Brisbane and surrounding suburbs.

Northern New South Wales: Murwillumbah through to Ballina, including Lismore and surrounding areas.

I am available to move from mid-March onwards. As I own my unit in FNQ, I have flexibility and can wait for just the right place.
