Hello, my name is Jihyeon Seok. I have a working holiday visa, and I’m currently looking for a share house. I think your house looks beautiful, so I would love to schedule an inspection. Let me introduce myself first. I graduated from university in Korea and was preparing for a job when I decided to come to Australia, a place I’ve always wanted to visit since I was young. The reason I came here is that I want to improve my English and have various experiences. I also want to live with people from different countries.
I have a bright personality and laugh a lot. I love meeting people and I’m quite outgoing. I’m also detail-oriented and tidy, so I’m good at cleaning. I’m looking for either a double room (shared with one person) or a single room. I’d like utilities to be included in the rent, and I’m looking for a room with a minimum stay of 1 to 2 months.
Ideally, I’m looking for a place where the rent is between $180 to $230 per week.
I wish I had a rice cooker and a water purifier at home.
