Hi! I'm a 30-year-old Master of IT student at UNSW. I’m an easy-going, tidy and respectful person who enjoys a calm and organised living environment. I don’t smoke or drink, I cook a few times a week, and I go to the gym regularly.

At home, I’m quiet and independent — I keep shared spaces clean, follow house rules, and don’t bring parties or overnight guests. I’ve lived in my current place for about 1.5 years and have had a great relationship with both my landlord and housemates.

I’m now looking for a comfortable, well-maintained room with a private bathroom for a long-term stay. I can move in around early February and I’m flexible with the exact date. Happy to provide references and any documents needed.
