I enjoy living in a tidy and organized accommodation. I am also interested in team up and currently looking at properties to lease if I go this way I will require 1 other single person who works full-time away from the home to share with prefer 40+. No couples. Happy to share the kitchen as long as it is tidy and neat and there is a dishwasher.

My first preference is having a separate living area and bathroom in this type of team up arrangement. This person would need to go on a rental lease with myself.

I am also open to separate accommodation (granny flat or studio) in your back yard depending on what is available. My current rental home (I have lived in a studio under a house in Buderim for 4 years) is now sold and settlement is on 2 March 2026. If you have animals that you need looked after I can easily do that for you particularly if you are thinking of going away on short or long holiday breaks and so rent could be re-negotiation for that time period.

I would like my new home to have a bath, dishwasher and off-street parking with garage or carport. I work part-time as a sales consultant in the sunshine plaza Maroochydore so I am looking for accommodation close by.

I fill my days with activities like going to the gym, dancing Zumba, cycling, and engaging in meditation. I don't watch mainstream TV or the news. I enjoy inspiring U-tube channels and occasional Netflix movies. I have a passion for Astrology and the health benefits of crystals. My home and space needs to reflect my minimalist and clutter-free lifestyle, allowing me to focus on my personal interests, (sewing, hobbies, art, writing, drawing and creative pursuits) and my over-all health and well-being and cooking nourishing food. I live with peace and harmony so I expect my environment to be the same. I listen to calming music daily.

I love animals and have been a full-time (in Brisbane for 4 years) house/pet sitter and part-time on the Sunshine coast area (7years) I have a profile on Mad Paws website.
