Hi there! I’m Ruby, a professional working full-time in Corporate.

Outside of work, you’ll find me baking, travelling or Pilates.

As an introvert, I value privacy, a peaceful home, and mutual respect. I believe respect goes both ways and appreciate clear communication and boundaries in a shared living space.

What I’m Looking for in a Home:
- Budget: Up to $250 per week, including all bills.

- Location: Within 30 minutes of Melbourne CBD, preferably in the north or north-west suburbs, close to public transport, Pilates, grocery store and/or shopping centre.

- Parking: Secure garage or off-street parking for my car.

- Room and Home Features: Fully furnished private bedroom with my own bathroom or ensuite, as well as a dedicated workspace, as I work from home. Desk and chair would be ideal. Modern home with either a garden, backyard or balcony.

- Housemates: Up to 1-2 housemates as opposed to a full house.

What I’m Looking for in a Housemate:
- Someone who values respect, cleanliness, and a peaceful home.

- Considerate of shared spaces and personal boundaries.

What You Can Expect from Me:
- Reliable, respectful, friendly and easy-going housemate.

- Considerate of others’ space and habits and will always ensure shared areas are clean and tidy.

- Respectful of personal boundaries and understand the need for quiet time, especially when working from home.
