I'm a 27-year-old woman working full time as a Project Manager, I'm looking for 1-2 chill housemates to look for a rental together so we can all make the place our very own spot to call home. I keep my room tidy but not spotless but I'll always keep common spaces like the kitchen, bathroom and living area nice and clean.
My ideal place would be somewhere within walking distance to the beach, I'd also like somewhere with a garage or backyard as i love to paint and other artsy things.
I'm a homebody on the weekdays once i get home from work & gym and will always be respectful of others personal space/ alone time, but I'm also up for a cheeky glass of wine together with a good show or movie on, or just some good tunes! Also well past my partying days, I'd much rather make the most of my weekends seeing friends, getting out in the sun or chilling at home getting the weekly chores done.
I have 2 beautiful cats who just lax around and love a bit of love and attention but tend to do their own thing most of the time, I'm also very happy to close them in my room at night so as not to be a bother.
Looking for a place end of December/ Start of January, I'm going to Japan for Christmas and return 2nd Jan.
