Hey, I'm Joel, I'm from Wales and currently based in Manly, but regularly down in Bondi with friends, so looking to make the move back south of the bridge.
I work full time as an environmental consultant in the CBD.
In my free time I like surfing, photography and hanging out with friends.

I'm looking for a place or person to split a place with for a minimum of 6 months, preferably longer. Would prefer to not share with a party animal, but also not a hermit.
More than happy to hang out, go for coffee, movie nights, bbq's, but will also respect your privacy and space.

Would need someone a little flexible in move in date as I need to give a four week notice at my current place to get the bond back.
