Lets for with the overshare first-
I'm an Systems Engineer who is currently experiencing a rocky period with my wife, that could result in a seperation in the near future. I'm employed via her company. We share 2 children under 2, I need accomodation thats closeby to be able to see my children regularly, as well as to go through a mediation process to figure out whats going to end up happening with us. The situation is a big tense at the moment, I figured this would be the fairest way to get started so all the horrible bits are covered at the beginning.

About me- I'm a family man, I've been spending almost every waking hour in a weird full-time childcare/Working for our company situation. I have access to joint funds, and so I'll be able to afford rent, but for the most case I'll be focused on my work. I'm a friendly, outgoing kind of guy, but not in an obnoxious way- full time Aussie, so i know how to give people the space they need, and am not looking for a councillor or someone to dump on in the house. I'm mostly interested in spending time working through my own life as its been turned upside down.

I respect personal space, I dont pry, I am an amazing cook, i clean regularly, and i respect shared spaces- don't leave junk around, don't have any weird issues that would make anyone feel uncomfortable- Talking about myself feels weird, Happy to catch up or have a phone call first to help you figure out if i'm someone you'd want living with you- Sorry if this is rusty, 10 year relationship, didn't have tinder, never really put in a position to have to explain who i am to people.
