I'm looking for 2 housemates to team up on a 3BR lease near Monash Clayton from late Nov/mid Dec. Long-term preferred (12 months with intention to renew). I'm shortlisting places now and keen to apply ASAP!

Calm, study-friendly weekdays 📚 (not a big party person but I'm down for occasional friends gatherings); on weekends I’m often working or out for a drink with friends!

I'm quite social and the bulk of my time is spent either at placement (I'm a med student 🤓)/gym/bouldering/netball - and I'm always down for a yap session over dinner/drink 🍝🍷

I value a friendly home (not a crash pad) and communicate kindly if something’s off 🌸

🧚 You might be: (female preferred but open to the right fit) tidy, kind, reliable with bills, good at communicating boundaries, and up for the odd movie/pasta night - even if you’re not super extroverted. No smoking, pets TBD by property.
