Hi, I’m Ken, 39. I’m friendly, easy-going and looking for a relaxed, welcoming place to call home with considerate people.

I enjoy a chat, the occasional glass of wine and settling in for a good film or TV series. My interests include technology, travel and catching up with friends. I’d love to live with people who enjoy some company, but I’m equally comfortable doing my own thing and respectful of everyone’s space and downtime.

For me, a good share house comes down to clear communication, keeping shared spaces clean, paying bills on time and everyone doing their bit. I’m mindful of noise and prefer a peaceful home rather than a party house.

I’m looking for somewhere we can all feel comfortable—not just people sharing an address, but a friendly household without any pressure to socialise constantly. A bit of humour and the occasional shared meal would be a lovely bonus.
