I'm looking for a room in a clean, social but peaceful house/apartment. I'm not massively into partying but love a good concert, Sunday market adventure, board game night or joint housemate dinner. I lived in the same apartment for 7 years in NZ before my move to Brisbane last year, so can provide a great reference from my former letting agents. I'm working full time near the city, and would love to move a little closer than the upper Northern suburbs I'm living in now to shorten the commute! Open to Chermside/Stafford/Everton Park/Kedron/Alderley/Ashgrove and surrounds. Would also love somewhere flexible on length of stay, and happy to pay more the perfect place! 😊
