Josie and Ethan

My partner Ethan and I have been together for over 5½ years and have been living in Australia for just over 18 months. Originally from the UK, we are proud to call the Gold Coast home and are excited to continue building our future here.

When we first moved to Australia, we chose to live in a shared home while we settled into our new jobs, established ourselves financially, and became familiar with the local area. Having now spent the past 18 months building our careers and putting down roots, we are excited to take the next step and find a place that offers greater privacy, comfort, and the opportunity to create a long-term home together.

I work full-time as a Physiotherapist on the Gold Coast, and my partner is also employed full-time in a stable role. We are currently in the process of applying for Permanent Residency and are looking for a long-term rental where we can continue building our lives in Australia. Stability, reliability, and community are incredibly important to us, and we are eager to find a property that we can truly call home.

We are respectful, responsible, and take great pride in maintaining a clean and well-cared-for living environment. We have an excellent rental history, always pay our rent on time, and understand the importance of open communication with fellow tenants, landlords and property managers. We treat every property with the same level of care and respect as if it were our own.

Outside of work, we enjoy staying active, exploring everything the Gold Coast has to offer, and spending quiet time at home. We lead a quiet lifestyle, are non-smokers, and are considerate neighbours and tenants.
