Hi hosts I'm very easy going quite work from home part time on my online ecommerce business. I get put for walks, exercise and occasionally catch up with friends on a weekly basis. I train for football Wednesday evenings and play matches every fortnight Sundays. I'm looking around the bonbeach, chelsea, aspendale areas. As I like to stay close to my family and not have the hassle of doing to much milage travelling unnecessary. I'm pet free but open to a home with pets as I am interested in buying a dog but I'm not in a rush. I really need a long term accomadation offer as I really hate moving. I'm the perfect housemate, I have a cleaner every 2 weeks and also can do the gardens with my gardener(hope we can work a reduction of payment on the rent due to this if it's going to be of some help). I'm a tidy person in general but do need some good space as I have alot of clothes so a walk in robe would be perfect. I also need a bed provided please. My budget is around about $350 Max and if possible reduced due to cleaner and gardener availability. I look forward to hearing from you.
