Hey!

My name is Jess, I’m 27 and from the UK.

I’ve moved to Sydney and am looking for a private room to rent in a shared house in or around Bondi, Coogee, Surrey Hills. I’m also open to looking into other areas too! My budget is $400 - $500 max pw. I’m flexible on the move in date but can arrive anywhere from the 27th Jan.

A bit about me - I love running, pilates, cooking, photography, and visual arts (I’m a sucker for visiting art exhibitions), going out for food/drinks, or chilled evenings in with a film and some choc.

I’m looking for a place to live with lovely people that are looking for someone they’ll get on with. I’m a very tidy housemate who likes to socialise and also values some quiet after a busy week too.
