British sous chef in high-end Sydney kitchens. I love cooking over fire, filling the flat with mates, beers, and decent food. Weekends usually mean a BBQ, good music, and a table full of friends eating better than they expected to at someone’s house.
When I’m not cooking, I’m in the gym, at a gig, or in a pub with a pint in hand. I rate good company, good tunes, and a house that feels alive.
