Hey!

I’m Jake and I am on a working holiday visa with plans to be in Perth for the foreseeable future.

I am British and lived in London for 3 years before heading out to Oz. I love to keep active and maintain a healthy lifestyle, spending most of my time at the gym, running, grabbing coffee and spending time at the beach.

I have plenty of experience living in house shares so this won’t be an issue for me. I am extremely considerate of shared spaces and respect boundaries. I like to keep things clean and tidy at all times and I'm more than happy to pitch in and help with joint chores/maintenance around the house.
