I'm looking for a furnished private room in chilled sharedhouse close to public transportation from early march

My budget limit will be up to $300ish weekly and up to two weeks bond to move in.

About me: I'm in my 30s, usually very quiet, tidy and independent but I also enjoy sharing a meal or a conversation with my housemates.
In my free time I watch movies, read, practice yoga and exercise.

A place to wind down and to call home for a while. I value clear communication, respect, quietness and common areas kept clean for me is a must.
