I'm a 40-year-old woman who enjoys the simplicity of living in a cozy home. I work part-time, allowing me to indulge in my passions for writing, reading, and art.

Yoga and long walks are my go-to for relaxation and staying active. I don't smoke or own pets, and I don't have kids. My space is a tranquil haven where creativity flows freely, surrounded by books, art supplies, and a calming ambiance that inspires me daily.

I work freelance in IT from home however have my own internet but can happily share with others. Prefer a quiet home with people around my age of possible but open to all possibilities!

I prefer to keep my drinking nowadays to a minimum for obvious reasons: vanity & age.

Most certainly not the partying type!

Yes I can indulge in other's company however am also happy on my own.

Please note being 40 I do not believe living with much younger people would be an ideal situation. But what the heck would I know?! Yes my listing is ambigious so best to meet me in flesh & preferably not to devour.
