Caitlin and Tia

Hello! I’m Caitlin, 31, and originally from Scotland. Myself and my friend Tia (from Liverpool) and are looking for somewhere to call home until December (with possibility to stay an additional year).
We’re looking to move closer to work (Subiaco/South Perth) so any surrounding areas with local transport links nearby would be ideal.
We’re quiet, clean and respectful housemates who enjoy unwinding by reading, heading to yoga/pilates classes or trying out new places to eat. We have previous rental history in Perth, Melbourne and Gold Coast along with a references from our landlords there.
We’re seeking a furnished unit with two bedrooms, or a property with two rooms to rent. Budget is max $400 (each) p/w. Thank you!
