Madison and Jonte

We are Jonte and Madison, a growing family seeking a larger home to accommodate our needs. We are responsible and considerate tenants with excellent rental references. Jonte works full-time as a warehouse forklift driver and is soon to be a freight driver. I am about to finish my Certificate III in Hairdressing and is currently 36 weeks pregnant with our second child. We enjoy going for drives, cooking, and playing outside.

Braxson is our 18 month-old son who is very outgoing loving and taking in and learning everything. Leo is our beloved Staffy, a well-behaved dog who is house-trained and loves going for walks. We understand the importance of maintaining a clean and tidy home and are committed to ensuring our son and dog do not cause any damage or disturbance to the property or neighbors.

We are currently seeking a larger place as our current residence is not size-efficient and would be extremely hard to baby-proof. We are looking for a long-term rental and are excited about the possibility of making your property our home. I have completed the skillsets for a successful tenancy and can provide the certificate for that but but also due to our lack of rental history housing commission has approved us for a rental grant subsidy to hopefully give us a fighting chance at getting a place
