Hi, I’m Jade. Recently in need of a life change and about to relocate from Darwin to Perth for a fresh start.

I’ll be moving over soon and I’m looking for a place north of the river, ideally somewhere that makes day-to-day life easy without a car (at least to start with). So good access to the CBD and public transport is really important to me.

Suburbs I’m focusing on (in order of preference):
Leederville, Subiaco, West Perth, North Perth, Highgate
Mount Lawley, Maylands, Osborne Park, Wembley
Bayswater, Innaloo, Tuart Hill, Dianella

I’m looking for:

* A unit, studio, or house share
* If house sharing, I’d need a private bathroom
* Happy with furnished or unfurnished
* Utilities included would be a bonus, but not essential

A bit about me:
I work in admin/operations, I’m pretty low-key and bit of a home hermit. Not big on partying, more into a quiet, easy routine (work, gym, food shop, repeat). I’m clean, respectful, and just looking for somewhere comfortable and straightforward to settle into while I get established in Perth.
