Hi All,
i’m seeking to rent for myself only - a mature, quiet, clean 42yo woman with no partner,no pets and no children.

I’m currently looking for accommodation as unfortunately my previous rental property , an apartment I rented in Sawtell for more than 4 happy years has been unfortunately sold.

I have been extremely career oriented and focused with my work in aviation for Rex and Virgin Airlines in the industry for many years.

However this year I landed ( pardon the pun lol ) upon a decision to make a midlife career change - currently studying at Southern Cross University
for a Diploma of Health and Batchelor of Social Sciences.

I’m a movie lover and enjoy bush or a beach walk most days with my rock collecting and geocaching hobbies and am an easygoing , mature , friendly person.

More than happy to provide more information upon reply from you but didn’t want to pop too much in here for you for now.

May I please ask if this is available for an inspection if possible please?

ps please note in the addition to the above information currently as of 22nd October 2025 my dad in Brisbane that i travel back and forth to care for is being diagnosed with his cancer reaults and next steps if treatment is an option etc therefore I am unsure of whether it would be a one month or longer stay as at the moment everything is up in the air however without secure accommodation in Coffs Harbour to come home to base as my mum lives here in Coffs Harbour that I also help at her age.
