Hi! I’m looking for a private room to rent for at least 6 months plus and would love to move in around January 2026. I’m currently looking around the Lane Cove, Chatswood and Ryde areas, but I’m happy to move somewhere nearby. I’d be happy to share a home with cats or dogs (I love them!) but prefer a smoke-free space indoors. I’m easygoing, love spending time in nature, getting lost in a good book, and occasionally enjoying a casual drink. I also really appreciate quiet nights for sleeping — no parties on random weekdays — but I don’t mind the occasional gathering if it’s planned ahead so I can be prepared. I’m not the best cook, but my greatest talent is being a good flatmate: I bring good vibes and a healthy respect for boundaries!
