I have recently returned from Europe, most recently Mallorca where i have been a captain on a sailing yacht for the last 3 yrs, previously circumnavigating for 5 yrs.
Returning home to be with mum who is now in an aged care home with declining health.
I am a quiet mature (54) gentleman lived most of my life in Melbourne , though raised in Adelaide.
I lead a quiet, active life and need a comfortable homely place to put my head down. I am looking for a long term arrangement and prepared to put up 6 months advanced rent and bond for the right place .
