Franklin

I'm originally from Perth but moved to Melbourne to work corporate near CBD since February 2025. I'm currently staying near southern cross and love it but lease is ending and room mate is looking to find cheaper place. My budget is a little higher than his so I’m opening my options.

Looking for a private room to rent or team up to find a suitable place (only looking at 2bed 2bath). I currently have a bed, table, couch, lamps, kitchen utensils. Would be happy to contribute to furnishing. Would rather spend a bit more on something nice.

I'm clean, responsible and really easy going. I’m happy to help with shared household tasks and keep the space feeling welcoming.

I have many hobbies (maybe too many) that I like to do outside of work including cooking, eating out and going bars with friends, board games, hiking, all sorts of sports (currently gymming, running, bball, futsal), photography, clothes shopping and many more.

I'm always down to try new challenges and make genuine friendships, would be good to spend time together but I also need my down time.

Dealbreakers: no shoes in house, no noise after late (I work), no smoking, would like a friend instead of co-existing, clean up after yourself (dishes/common areas), walkable to city
